Allow 15 to 25 days for catalogue models and 30 to 45 days for bespoke undercarriages, counted from confirmed drawing. The largest variable is drawing approval rather than manufacturing speed: an OEM that provides complete interface dimensions and load data in a single pass typically saves 7 to 10 days. Before production starts we issue a written schedule naming the owner and deliverable for every milestone, and report progress weekly so slippage is flagged early rather than close to the delivery date. Three factors cause most delays: repeated changes to the interface drawing, special materials bought at mill minimum quantities, and late requests for third-party certification.
