Every shipment includes an ISO 9001 quality system certificate, a material traceability report and a factory inspection report, and the warranty runs one year or 1,000 operating hours, whichever comes first. The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects arising through no fault of the operator, including weld quality, structural fracture and seal failure, while normal consumable wear such as track shoes, pins and rollers is supplied at cost. CE marking and third-party testing can be arranged for export destinations, with cost and schedule confirmed at quotation stage.
